J and J came to us on this one after working alongside us in the trade for years. Their home had a large converted garage that had become nothing more than a general room and storage area, and they wanted to unlock what it could actually be.

J had a clear vision of how the spaces could work and what he wanted to do. We sat down together, mapped it out on paper, developed a clear plan of attack and landed on a floor plan that made sense for the whole family.

The result added two bedrooms and a living area with kitchenette to the existing footprint, while a complete redo of the laundry, powder room and bathroom tied everything back seamlessly into the main hallway of the home. Working alongside some of J's preferred trades throughout, the whole project came together in just ten weeks.

This is a great example of what you can do within an existing footprint when you look at the space properly. No extension, no added footprint, just a well considered internal renovation that gave this family the room they needed and a finish that lifted the whole home.
