We have a surveyor we work closely with and will generally include the building permit application fee and submission process in our quote. We can apply on your behalf for the building permit with your authorisation, to ensure this process is as faultless and smooth as possible.

An easement is a section of land registered on your property title which gives someone the right to use that land for a specific purpose (e.g. council access to sewerage and storm water pipes.) We cannot build any permanent structures on an easement.
