Fellows 2.0

Follows 2.0 is one of those projects that reminds us why we do what we do. We took this build on after the previous builder went under, leaving the clients in a really tough spot. It was a huge responsibility, but we’re so proud to say we turned things around for them, rescuing their building journey and giving them a home they’re thrilled to look back on.

This home has it all — 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living areas, with design features that make it something special. Floor - to - ceiling doors run through out, there’s P50 shadow line trims, electric servery windows, high light windows, and a stunning rock coat render inside and out.

We didn’t just stop at the house, either. We delivered the full landscaping package, including the outdoor patio, decks, gardens, and a louvre roof system to tie it all together. The raked ceiling in the main living, kitchen, and dining area is a real showstopper — 3.6 metres at the highest point! It’s the kind of space that makes you stop and take it all in.

This incredible design, by Ryan Ladd, captured exactly what the clients had in mind when they started this journey. It’s hard to believe it all started with a cardboard cutout!

Stepping in when we did wasn’t easy, but we’re so glad we could help these clients turn things around and finish their dream home the way it was always meant to be.
