Fellows

Fellows is another stunning Studio A2 design, a four bedroom home in Point Lonsdale with two living areas, a separate study, a beautiful master suite, and even a plunge pool, brought to life in eleven months from start to finish.

The architect had worked with us on a couple of projects and referred J & L to us, which meant we came into this one with a solid foundation of trust already in place. J is a roofer by trade and planned to handle that component himself. We worked through our pre-construction process together and proceeded with the full build, working alongside J's preferred trades throughout.

Working with someone in the industry brings its own dynamic. J knew what good work looked like, he had his own connections, and he was hands on throughout. We embraced that. The result is a home that reflects the care everyone involved put into it.

The Interlocking Panel Colorbond cladding wrapping the entire first floor and the double gable at the front gives the home a boldness that sets it apart on the street. J did a brilliant job on it. Inside, the vaulted ceiling through the living room draws your eye immediately, the concrete benchtop and hearth ready for a future fireplace is one of our favourite details. Considered, warm, and beautifully executed. While in the kitchen the hidden pivot doors that lead into the huge walk in pantry are something special.

This was a really enjoyable project and a result we are genuinely proud of.
